The information system for customer service management – sigä, now has a Multilingual version available, with the possibility of selecting the English language for navigation on the Portal www.siga.marcaçãodeatendimento.pt or by sigaApp.
With a growing demand for public services by foreign citizens, it becomes easier to reach the services they need, by identifying the subjects available for assistance and entities to contact.
With a wide range of public services present in sigä, such as Social Security, Registries and Notary Services or the Mobility and Transport Institute, another step is taken in the inclusion and approximation of public services to citizens and emerging needs.
The possibility of scheduling in English does not guarantee that the service will be provided in that language, it is up to the entities that serve to make this modality available.
