Contract Suspension Functionality available

Within the scope of the "Simplification of the Contributory Cycle - PRR" project, new digital services are available on Social Security Direct, which allow Employing Entities, representatives, and institutional users to manage work contract suspensions, without the need to inform Social Security through the usual channels (email, letter, attendance, etc.):

• Register suspension of the employment contract
• End suspension of an employment contract
• Correct suspension of an employment contract (dates and/or reason)
• Annul the suspension of an employment contract which was registered by mistake.

This measure aims to give more autonomy to employers in the management of their workers, making life easier for companies.
