The Social Security Online Service (Segurança Social Direta) has new features that allow these statements to be issued more simply and swiftly, avoiding the need to go to the Social Security Customer Information services.

You can also download the Statement of Contributory Status (Statement of non-debt to Social Security) from the Social Security Online Service (Segurança Social Direta).

On the Social Security Online Service you must select the following menus:

Proof of Contact Details

Perfil (Profile) > Dados Pessoais (Personal details) > Atualizar contactos (Update contact details) > Consultar Dados (Consult personal details) > Obter comprovativo de contactos (Download proof of contact details)

Contributory Career Statement

Emprego (Employment) > Carreira contributiva (Contributory career) > Consultar Carreira (Consult Contributory Career) > Obter extrato da carreira (Download Contributory Career Statement)

Statement of Contributory Status

Conta-corrente (Current account) > Situação Contributiva (Contributory status) > Obter declaração de situação contributiva (Download statement of contributory status) > Obter nova declaração (Download new statement)
