Benefit paid in situations in which the pregnant woman needs to go to a hospital unit located outside her island of residence, because there is no availability or there are no technical and human resources on her island of residence.

Benefit awarded in the event of the child being admitted to hospital immediately after the recommended period of post-natal hospitalisation due to the need for special medical care for the child.
Benefit to care for a child with a handicap, chronic disease or oncological illness
Benefit granted to the father or mother or the other person entitled to parental rights in order to care for a child with a disability, chronic illness or cancer, to replace income from work lost during periods of inability to work.
