The human resources policy of the Instituto de Informática, I.P. (II, I.P.) aims to promote the permanent adaptation of the activity of its employees to the pursuit of the organization's strategic objectives and values, ensuring their professional development and enhancement, and strengthening their technical and management skills.


In this context, the management of human resources, in line with the Institute's strategy, is supported by an individual employee performance assessment system (SIADAP), by the annual execution of Training, Recruitment and Selection Plans and activities related to Safety, Hygiene and Health at Work, as well as the annual assessment of employee satisfaction and motivation levels, which result in improvement actions. The Institute has developed partnerships with several professional schools and universities, hosting numerous academic and professional internships.

Mobilities Mobilities

Mobility is provided for in articles 92 et seq. of the General Law on Labor in Public Functions (LTFP), approved in an annex to Law No. 35/2014, of 20 June.
Mobility is advertised by the destination agency or service, by the following means:

  • In the Public Employment Exchange;
  • On the website of the destination body or service, by identifying the situation and modality of mobility sought and with a link to the corresponding advertisement in the Public Employment Exchange.

Staff Map Staff Map

The Personnel Map is based on the needs to respond to the activities undertaken by the Instituto de Informática, IP, arising from its mission and, consequent on the expansion of its scope, as a supplier of information and communication technologies to the entire Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security (MTSSS).

The approval and publication of the Staff Map aims to comply with paragraph 4 of art. 29, of Law No. 35/2014, of 20 June.
